Banijay Kids & Family Expands Latin America Footprint with Multi-Platform Deals

Warner Bros. Discovery, V-me, Canal Once, and HITN acquire wide-ranging slate

Banijay Kids & Family, a global leader in children’s entertainment, behind hit shows such as Totally Spies! and Mr Bean: The Animated Series, today announces a raft of multi-package deals across Latin America, strengthening its footprint in the region with leading broadcasters and platforms.

Warner Bros. Discovery Latin America has acquired the upcoming Totally Spies! S8 and renewed Topo Gigio for Discovery Kids. Leading US Spanish-language network V-me Media has licensed a wide-ranging slate for Vme Kids, with MiniHeroes of the Forest, Sweet Tweets, Mumfie, The Game Catchers S1, and Stan & Gran. Mexican public broadcaster Canal Once has also acquired a strong mix of premium programming for its Once Niñas y Niños channel including Chimera Keepers, Hey You! What If…?, Junior Vets, Moominvalley S3-4, Silverpoint S1-2, and Street Football S4. Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network (HITN) has secured a broad content package for its preschool platform Edye – including  MiniHeroes of the Forest, Sweet Tweets, Tee and Mo, and The Game Catchers S1 – which will be showcased to US Hispanic and Latin American audiences.
